Triton Stone is here for you!

Uncategorized

Happy Spring, everyone! It’s hard to believe what all has transpired in the last few months. Covid-19 has definitely stopped our society in its tracks, and I know I speak for all of us when I say, “Good Riddance, COVID!”. I think everyone is ready to get back to whatever “new normal” we will soon have. Although there have been so many heartbreaking situations to come out of this, Triton Stone Group is standing strong and looking to the future. We have implemented some new processes and options to protect both you and our Triton family.

We have added a link on our website for you to make an appointment prior to coming in. Please ensure that you answer the questionnaire as completely as possible, as this will allow our Design Consultants to be ready when you arrive. There are a few different types of appointment options available for booking, both virtual and in-person. Once you choose your location, select from any of our design consultants for your appointment.

There are two virtual appointment options to choose from. The first is a 1-hour design consultation/selection. Once you make your appointment online, your design consultant will call you to introduce themselves and gather more information. You can choose your own platform for the appointment, between Zoom, FaceTime, or Google Hangout. During your appointment, you will select slab, tile, and plumbing options. The second type of virtual appointment available is a 30-minute slab approval appointment. You would choose this type of appointment if you have already received a quote from your installer, know the material you will be using, and are ready to place it on hold. Our Design Consultants will show you the slabs available for you to select, take pictures of the slabs, and email them to you.

There are also two types of in-person appointment options available. The first is just like the virtual consultation/selection appointment, except in-person. We will call or email you prior to your appointment to introduce ourselves and discuss your upcoming visit. Once you arrive, you will choose your tile, plumbing, and slab options for a quote. We are happy to provide all the necessary information to your installer, contractor, and/or designer. The second type of appointment is the 30-minute slab approval appointment, where you come to tag the slabs you will be using for your project. Your design consultant will do their best to have the slabs prepped and ready when you arrive, although sometimes there may be a short wait.

In addition, a feature we have added is an option for you to text us! Simply go to our website and click to start texting. During normal business hours, one of our Design Consultants will text you back on the number you provided and help walk you through whatever questions you might have. We know all forms of communication are essential right now, so we want to make it as easy as possible for you to connect with us.

Due to the current pandemic, we have also implemented new safety guidelines for your visit. If you have a fever, feel sick, or are in any way under the weather, please reschedule your consultation when you are feeling better. When you enter, please do not be offended that we don’t shake your hand. We are simply doing our part to assist with social distancing as advised by the medical community and government officials. For the health and safety of our employees and clients, we politely request that you leave all children at home and attend your appointment with no more than one guest (you plus one additional person). Please wash your hands prior to the start of your consultation. We are taking extra steps, multiple times a day, to disinfect all surfaces as well as strictly enforcing hand-washing protocol before and after each consultation. Our team will also be wearing face coverings during your appointment for the time being.

Our community is our family, and we want to be here for you as we all get back to normal activities. We can’t wait to design with you soon!
